You can Trust Him - Isaiah 9:6

“For a child is born to us, a son is given to us. The government will rest on his shoulders. And he will be called: Wonderful Counselor, Mighty God, Everlasting Father, Prince of Peace.”

Isaiah‬ ‭9:6‬ ‭

That is a pretty amazing list.

I wonder what people might say if I asked them to make a similar list for me? Maybe it would be: good friend, funny guy, hard working father, king of corny jokes. 😆😉

Those are things that I don’t really have to work for, they’re WHO I am. In other words, you can trust me to be that way no matter what.

In the same way, Jesus IS the wonderful counselor. He IS the might God. He IS the everlasting father. He IS the prince of peace. That‘s WHO He is.

We can trust that Jesus WILL BE that list for us day in & day out. He can be our peace in this uncertain season because He IS the prince of peace.

I pray that Jesus would be the full list to you & I today.

We can trust Him.

You can trust Him.

Trust Him today.

Father lead our hearts as we trust you ❤️ 🙏🏼
